Organize conversations with tags
Classify and filter conversations with custom tags
Tags categorize conversations, for example 'Hot lead', 'Awaiting payment' or 'VIP'. AI can also assign tags automatically.
How to use tags:
- 1Create tags under "Tools > Tags".
- 2Open a conversation.
- 3Click the tag icon in the chat.
- 4Select the tags you want.
- 5Use the conversation list filter to show only conversations with a particular tag.
