The Simulator stays on the right of My AI agent. It resembles WhatsApp, with message bubbles, read receipts and typing indicators, and uses the same agent that replies to your customers.

How to use the simulator

1

Find the "Test it as if you were your customer" panel on the right of the screen

The simulator appears when you open My AI agent. It has a green 'Test it as if you were your customer' header and a trash button to clear the conversation. On mobile, tap 'Test' at the top.

✓ The simulator shows a starting note and ready-made questions to tap, such as 'How much is it?'.

2

Type in the 'Type your message...' field at the bottom of the simulator

Write as a real customer: a greeting ('Hi!'), a specific question ('What is the price?') or a difficult situation ('I want to cancel'). The simulator is separate from real customers.

✓ Your message appears in a blue or gray bubble on the right, representing the customer.

3

Wait for the agent's reply to appear

The agent processes your message using the current prompt and returns a reply. The delay set in Config also applies here: a 30-second setting means a 30-second wait before replying.

✓ The agent's reply appears in a bubble on the left of the simulator.

4

Click Clear to start a fresh test

Clearing removes the conversation history. The simulator then treats the next message as a new customer's first contact, which is useful for testing the initial greeting flow.

✓ The simulator is reset and ready for another scenario.

Scenarios to test before activation:

  • •Simple greeting: 'Hi', 'Good morning', 'Hello'
  • •Price question: 'How much is X?', 'What is the price?'
  • •Opening hours: 'What time do you open?'
  • •Complete order: simulate an order from start to finish
  • •Complaint: 'I had a problem and need it resolved'
  • •Out-of-scope message: 'Can you help with X?' about something outside the business
  • •Pause trigger: test the word configured in Config

Tip: Ask a friend to test without reading the prompt. If they can complete a purchase or support journey naturally, the agent is ready. If they get stuck, the prompt needs to cover that scenario.
