- •Agent not replying: Check 'Agent active' in My AI agent, the connection's AI status under Connection, and whether the number is on the Exclusion list.
- •QR code not appearing: Reload the page. If the problem persists, clear the browser cache.
- •Bulk messages not sending: Check that recipients have been added and WhatsApp is connected.
- •Cannot sign in: Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen and check your email spam folder.
- •Payment problem: Check that the card is not blocked and has sufficient credit. Try Pix as an alternative.
