Step 1 - Connect your WhatsApp
Connect your number using a QR code in less than 2 minutes
Connecting is simple, much like WhatsApp Web. You need the phone with your active WhatsApp account to scan the QR code.
How to connect your WhatsApp:
In the left sidebar, click "Connection"
You can also open: agentezap.online/conexao
✓ The Connection screen shows your current status and a connect button.
Click "Connect WhatsApp" if you are not connected yet
A QR code appears on the screen. It is unique and valid for 60 seconds.
✓ The QR code is displayed, ready to scan.
On your phone, open WhatsApp, tap the three-dot menu, then "Linked devices" and "Link a device"
This is the same feature used to connect WhatsApp Web. On iPhone, open WhatsApp, Settings, Linked Devices, then Link a Device.
✓ Your phone camera opens to scan the QR code.
Point your phone camera at the QR code on your computer screen
Keep your phone steady and properly positioned. The QR code will be recognized automatically.
✓ The screen changes to 'WhatsApp Connected', with your phone number shown in green.
Note: The QR code expires after 60 seconds. If it disappears, click 'Reload QR code' to generate another one. Use a number that is not simultaneously connected to another device or WhatsApp Web session.
Tip: We recommend a dedicated business number instead of your personal number. This keeps customer service separate and helps prevent issues.
