Bulk messaging and campaigns both send messages to multiple contacts. The difference is:
Differences:
- •Bulk messaging - A one-time, immediate send to a list of numbers. Useful for promotions and occasional notices.
- •Campaigns - Scheduled sends with message sequences. Useful for lead nurturing and planned follow-ups.
Note: Be careful with aggressive bulk sends. WhatsApp may ban numbers that send many unsolicited messages. Use moderation and contact only people who have consented.
