What the Exclusion list is
Exclude specific numbers from automatic replies
The Exclusion list contains numbers AI should ignore. Their messages receive no automatic reply but still appear in Conversations for manual service.
When to use it:
- •Your own numbers, to avoid replying to yourself
- •Suppliers and partners who should not receive automatic customer service
- •Test numbers
- •People who have asked to be excluded from automation
Add a number:
- 1Open "Tools > Exclusion list".
- 2Enter the number in international format, such as 5511999999999.
- 3Click "Add".
