Real estate - XML feeds and ZAP email with Maton
Configure a property catalog through XML and bring ZAP email leads to WhatsApp
"Tools > Real estate" uses two sources: an XML/Canal Pro feed supplies the AI property catalog, while Maton reads ZAP/Viva Real/OLX lead emails from the customer's Gmail.
What each part does:
- •XML feed - Imports properties into the catalog used by My AI agent and the simulator.
- •Maton + Gmail - Reads emails from `@comunica.zapimoveis.com.br` and creates leads in AgenteZap.
- •WhatsApp - Receives the lead conversation and sends the initial automatic message.
- •Kanban/funnel - Optional, for creating a deal in the CRM.
Setup steps:
- 1Open "Tools > Real estate".
- 2Paste the customer's XML/Canal Pro feed URL.
- 3Save and click `Sync catalog` to import properties.
- 4Ask the customer for their Maton key and connect `Google Mail` in Maton to the Gmail account receiving leads.
- 5In AgenteZap, enter the Maton key, the exact email address connected in Maton and the sender filter.
- 6Choose the WhatsApp connection to receive leads and adjust the initial message.
- 7For CRM tracking, enable the funnel option and select a funnel and stage.
- 8Click `Fetch email leads` to process ZAP emails.
Tip: The initial automatic message is sent as an AI message, not a manual owner message. AI and follow-up therefore remain active normally.

Note: The Maton key works only if the customer has connected Google Mail in their Maton account. Enter the Gmail address connected in Maton, not just the AgenteZap registration email. Without this, emails cannot be read. If the XML feed is unavailable or empty, AI has no property catalog to consult.
