Use AI to arrange appointments through WhatsApp.

Connect your own Google account directly to AgenteZap, authorize access and choose the calendar to synchronize.

1Open "Tools > Appointments > Google Calendar" or the Scheduling 2.0 workspace.
2Click `Connect with Google` to open Google's secure authorization screen.
3Choose the correct account, approve the permissions and wait for the connection confirmation.
4Return to AgenteZap under "Tools > Appointments > Google Calendar".
5Choose the Google calendar to use for blocked times, event creation and reconciliation.

Tip: This flow no longer needs an external intermediary key. The customer's Google account supplies both the dashboard and the external calendar.

Note: If the Google account is disconnected or permissions are revoked, synchronization stops until authorization is completed again.
