Manage multiple connections
Connect more than one WhatsApp number
Depending on your plan, you can connect more than one WhatsApp number. Connections within the same account share the same AI agent configuration.
Add another connection:
- 1In "Connection", click "Add connection".
- 2Scan the QR code for the new number.
- 3Name the connection, for example 'Sales' or 'Support'.
Tip: An additional connection does not create an independent AI agent. To run two separate agents at the same time, with different prompts and configurations, you currently need a second account and plan. Contact the team before setting this up.
