Bring Meta form leads into WhatsApp customer service.
This screen connects Meta forms directly through Google. Save your Google API key, Client ID and Client Secret, connect Google Drive, then choose the Meta spreadsheet by name without pasting its ID manually.
Step by step:
- 1Open "Tools > Meta form".
- 2Open the "Google Settings" tab.
- 3Paste the API key, Client ID and Client Secret from Google Cloud.
- 4Click "Save Google credentials".
- 5Click "Connect Google Drive" and authorize the Google account that owns the spreadsheets.
- 6Return to "Spreadsheets" and enter a name, or leave the search empty to list recent files.
- 7Choose the correct spreadsheet, select the WhatsApp connection and save.
Tip: The integration reads the first default sheet created by Meta. You do not need to enter its GID or a destination number manually.
Note: The correct Google Drive account must be connected to list spreadsheets by name. Saving only an API key does not grant access to private customer spreadsheets.
