Create a delivery menu
Configure categories, products and prices
The Delivery module lets you create a complete menu for AI to use when taking orders on WhatsApp.
Create a menu:
- 1Open "Tools > Delivery > Menu".
- 2Click "Add category", such as Food, Drinks or Desserts.
- 3Inside the category, click "Add item".
- 4Fill in the name, description, price and an optional photo.
- 5Mark items as available or unavailable.
- 6Save.
Tip: Add item photos to help customers see the food and reduce questions about the product.
