Configure Pix, cash change and delivery fees
Where to enter Pix details and set fixed or distance-based delivery fees
Open "Tools > Delivery > Menu > Settings". Use "Billing and payment" to configure Pix, cash change and delivery fees.
Configure Pix and cash change:
- 1Enable "Pix" for AI to send the payment key automatically in the order summary.
- 2Enter the key type, Pix key, account holder and bank.
- 3Optionally enable "Request payment receipt".
- 4Enable "Cash" and "Ask about change" so AI asks whether change is needed and for what amount.
Configure a fixed fee:
- 1Under "Delivery pricing", choose "Fixed fee".
- 2In "Delivery amount in R$", enter the flat fee charged for every delivery.
- 3Save your changes.
Configure a distance-based fee:
- 1Under "Delivery pricing", choose "Distance-based fee".
- 2Enter the "Base amount in R$", for example 5.00.
- 3Enter "Kilometers included in base fee", for example 2.
- 4Enter "Amount per extra km in R$", for example 1.50.
- 5Enter the store address so the system can calculate distance.
- 6Optionally set the maximum accepted distance and a fallback fee if distance cannot be calculated.
Tip: Example: a R$5.00 base fee includes 2 km, with R$1.50 per extra kilometer. A 4 km delivery costs R$8.00.
