Set up Delivery 2.0
Main prompt, order extraction, sound and printing in the online POS
Delivery 2.0 does not use a separate conversation flow. The customer interacts with the main agent prompt, and once an order is actually confirmed, the module extracts its summary for the online dashboard.
Activate it correctly:
- 1Open "Tools > Delivery 2.0".
- 2Enable the module in "Settings".
- 3In the same "Settings" tab, arrange menu images and PDFs in the correct order.
- 4Open "My AI agent" and update the prompt with the menu, half-and-half rules, crusts, extras, delivery, payment and final order confirmation.
- 5Return to "Orders" and keep the dashboard open to receive newly extracted orders.
Menu media:
- 1Use "Menu media sequence" to define what is sent first, second and third.
- 2Enable sending on the first greeting to share the menu as soon as the customer says hello.
- 3Keep sending on menu requests enabled to respond to requests for menus, flavors, prices and PDFs.
Sound and printing:
- 1Enable "Sound" for an alert when a new order arrives.
- 2Enable "Auto print" only on the computer that will actually print the orders.
- 3Use the "Print" button inside an order to print it manually.
Reports:
- 1Open "Reports" in Delivery 2.0.
- 2Choose today, yesterday, this week, this month or a custom period.
- 3View gross revenue, average order value, cancellations and daily sales without leaving the module.
Tip: An order that is still incomplete in the chat is not added to the dashboard. Delivery 2.0 records only confirmed orders.
