Connect using a QR code - Detailed guide

Open "Connection" in the left sidebar

Click 'Connection' in the menu or open agentezap.online/conexao directly.

✓ The Connection screen shows your current status and the connect button.

Click "Connect WhatsApp"

A unique QR code is generated. It is valid for 60 seconds, then expires automatically for security.

✓ The QR code is displayed, ready to scan.

On your phone, open WhatsApp, the three-dot menu, Linked devices, then Link a device

On iPhone: WhatsApp, Settings, Linked Devices, Link a Device. This is the same process as WhatsApp Web.

✓ Your phone camera opens, ready to scan.

Point your phone camera at the QR code on the screen

Position the QR code within the camera frame. Hold steady for 2-3 seconds until it is recognized.

✓ Your phone vibrates or flashes to confirm the scan.

Wait for confirmation, which may take up to 30 seconds

The screen updates automatically. You do not need to reload the page.

✓ Status changes to 'Connected' in green, with your WhatsApp number displayed.
