Configure media sending for your agent.
The Media library holds all files your agent can send, such as PDF menus, price lists, product photos and introductory audio.
Upload media:
- 1Open "Tools > Media library".
- 2Click "Upload".
- 3Select a supported file, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, MP3 or MP4.
- 4Enter a name and description.
- 5Define 'When to use' as an instruction for AI.
- 6Save.
Tip: File size limits: images up to 5 MB, videos up to 16 MB, audio up to 10 MB and documents up to 10 MB.
