How the Appointments module works
Set up and manage appointments through WhatsApp
The Appointments module lets AI book customer appointments automatically while respecting your availability.
Set up appointments:
- 1Open "Tools > Appointments".
- 2Configure available services with name, duration and price.
- 3Set opening hours for each day of the week.
- 4Block days or times for time off and holidays.
- 5AI can now book appointments automatically.
Tip: Enable automatic WhatsApp confirmation to send a confirmation message as soon as an appointment is booked.
