Use bulk messaging with lists and groups in AgenteZap.
Bulk messaging sends messages to multiple contacts at once. It has 4 steps: Recipients, Message, Settings, and Review & Send.
Step-by-step guide - Bulk messaging
Open Tools > Bulk messaging in the sidebar
Bulk messaging opens at Step 1: Recipients. There are four recipient sources: Enter manually, Contact lists, Safe contacts and WhatsApp groups.
✓ You see the four recipient options and the progress indicator at the top, from 1 to 4.
Choose a contact source and continue to Message
Enter manually: paste 'Name, Number', one contact per line. Safe contacts: people who have already chatted with you (recommended to reduce blocking risk). WhatsApp groups: send to group members. Lists: use lists saved in Tools > Contact lists.
✓ Recipients are selected and the 'Next' button becomes active.
In Message, write your text and add variables
Write the message to send. Use [nome] for the contact's name and [saudacao] for the automatic time-of-day greeting. Example: '[saudacao] [nome]! We have a special offer today.'
✓ A message preview appears on the right with the variables filled in.
Review the system's automatic sending rules
Bulk messaging uses mandatory AI variation, typing simulation, a random 1-5 minute interval between messages, and random 10-20 minute pauses after every 10 contacts to help protect the channel.
✓ Timing settings are saved.
Check the summary under Review, then click Send
The review shows recipient count, message preview and applied protection rules. Confirm everything before sending or scheduling.
✓ Sending begins. A progress bar shows how many messages have been sent out of the total.
Note: Do not send to more than 500 contacts at once without an established usage history. Start with smaller lists of 50-100 and increase gradually. WhatsApp may ban numbers displaying spam-like behavior.
Tip: Use [nome] for the contact's name and [saudacao] for a time-based greeting. Example: '[saudacao] [nome], we have a special offer for you today!'
