How to create a product catalog
Add products so AI can recommend them and answer questions
The Product catalog is a reference for AI. Once configured, your agent can answer questions about prices, availability and features without putting everything in the prompt.
Add a product:
- 1Open "Tools > Product catalog".
- 2Click "New product".
- 3Enter the name, description, price and category.
- 4Enable stock control if AI should use the actual stock balance.
- 5Add a photo if needed.
- 6Enable sending the description with images if AI should automatically send it after the photos.
- 7With stock control enabled, an item at zero stock is described as unavailable and its photos are not sent automatically.
- 8Save.
