How to create and use tags
Categorize contacts and conversations
Create a tag:
- 1Open "Tools > Tags".
- 2Click "New tag".
- 3Set the name and color.
- 4Save.
- 5You can now apply this tag to conversations and contacts.
Tip: Example tags: 'Hot lead', 'VIP customer', 'Do not disturb', 'Awaiting proposal'.
