Create and manage contact lists
Group contacts for targeted messaging
Contact lists group numbers for bulk messages or targeted campaigns. Examples: 'VIP customers', 'October leads' or 'Class A students'.
Create a list:
- 1Open "Tools > Contact lists".
- 2Click "New list".
- 3Name the list.
- 4Add contacts manually or import a CSV file.
- 5Save.
Tip: Import a CSV with columns nome and numero, including the country code. Example: 'Maria, 5511999991234'.
