Enable new message notifications
Where to enable them, how they work on mobile and limitations when the browser is closed
New message alerts are in Account Settings. Unlike Smart notifier, these are browser notifications for your own customer service screen.
Where to enable them:
- 1Open "Settings > Settings".
- 2Scroll to 'Notifications'.
- 3Enable 'Notification sound' to hear an alert when a new message arrives.
- 4Enable 'Browser push' and accept the browser permission request.
Tip: On mobile, alerts depend on the browser where AgenteZap is open. If it supports site notifications, you may receive alerts while using another app.
Note: There is currently no separate native app for push. If the mobile browser is fully closed, an alert may not appear. If permission was denied, enable it in the browser settings. Smart notifier sends AI-triggered WhatsApp alerts when you need mobile notifications without relying on an open browser.
